Her international development clients have included the United Nations Population Fund, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, and Synergos. She is currently working with Cordaid, a development agency headquartered in the Netherlands.

Among the clients she has served in her time with Changing Our World are the NuHealth System, for which Kate created and helped to implement a comprehensive development infrastructure for an institution with no history of philanthropy; the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund, which raised over $50 million for the development of a new museum and visitor center; and the Pontifical North American College, which successfully completed a $25 million capital improvement and endowment campaign.
